Pam helps minimize time lost due to illness and injuries, enabling higher quality project performance and on-time project completion. In addition to keeping management informed about employee health and safety issues, she is responsible for the company's illness prevention, safety incentive, and defensive driving programs. Furthermore, she ensures employee participation in the safety training mandated by state, federal and local legislation; investigates all accidents/incidents and maintains the loss control records required by state, federal and local agencies; and represents the company's interests with regard to workers' compensation, general liability and automobile claims. She also chairs the company safety committee and works with senior management to develop annual loss control and risk management program objectives and goals.

Expertise
With more than 26 years of industry experience, Pam's expertise covers all phases of electrical construction. Educated at DePaul University and in the Orange County vocational program, she has taken a number of company-sponsored training courses, including OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety & Health and American Red Cross CPR. She also holds certifications for safety first aid, warehouse forklifts, asbestos awareness, accident investigation, and industrial hygiene.
