Value Delivered
As leader of Dynalectric’s Bay Area operations, Dave cultivates and develops a professional organization that makes client service and customer satisfaction a priority. Throughout the electrical and engineering construction process, Dave’s proactive, detail-oriented management style enables him to help clients achieve the high levels of energy efficiency, reliability and performance they need in today’s tough, challenging environment. Together, he and his team prepare estimates, monitor budgets, track schedules, coordinate with other trades, and effectively perform all of the other tasks required to deliver superior construction projects on-time and within budget. Constantly looking for new and innovative ways to maximize client value, his team-oriented approach enables him to provide premier electrical systems and services that consistently exceed customers' most demanding expectations, while providing an ongoing return on investment.

Expertise
Dave joined EMCOR in 2008, bringing with him more than 35 years of construction, mechanical and electrical industry experience. His professional career began at Rosendin Electric, a national electrical contractor. After starting as an estimator, he moved up through a series of increasingly responsible positions, including executive vice president in charge of new business development, estimating, purchasing, engineering and field operations. He was then named President and CEO of Incorp Developments. There, he launched the company’s successful design/build industrial construction operation. Prior to joining Dynalectric, he was President of Davis Electric Company with responsibility for the daily operations of a 55-year-old multi-million-dollar electrical contracting business.

Dave has a bachelor’s in industrial engineering and electrical construction management with a minor in business administration from San Jose State University. In addition, he has completed numerous continuing education programs, including courses in wafer manufacturing technology, cleanroom design and construction, HVAC system performance, and others. In California, he holds both general building and electrical contractors’ licenses. He is also past President and a member of the board of directors of his local affiliate of the American Subcontractors Association.

The Personal Side
Dave and his wife have four children. In his spare time, he enjoys mountain biking, hiking, fishing and other outdoor activities.
