He brings over 30 years experience in safety and quality management from the construction and facilities services industries. Prior to EMCOR, David held a variety of positions within Johnson Control Systems, Ltd. including Director Quality Assurance, National Contracts Manager, and Project/Branch Manager. Prior to Johnson Controls, David worked in the commercial electrical industry with the UK largest Electrical Contractor N. G Bailey & Company Ltd. Under David's guidance, EMCOR systematically

pursues excellence in safety, quality and productivity. In fact, our safety program consistently performs much better than thenational average. Through a broad based platform of innovative initiatives, we are able to deliver the level of quality and efficiency that our clients demand and deserve. This is one of the key reasons EMCOR maintains high customer satisfaction and long-lasting relationships with some of the most well-known companies in the world.

David's area of expertise is electrical engineering, with a degree from Leeds College of Engineering & Science, England. David also maintains an active interest in UK and USA quality and safety institutions.
